The Labor Market in Balance Act (WAB) will enter into force on 1 January 2020. This law offers many opportunities for growth! For temporary employment agencies and (payroll) companies!
To date, temporary employment and payroll are the same in legal sense. Both services fall under the “temporary employment contract” as referred to in Article 7: 690 Dutch Civil Code. The WAB will change this from 1 January 2020.
